A Shift.

Hey friends!

First, I would like to say THANK YOU to everyone that has shown love for my collection of poems. I genuinely appreciate it.

I could not have anticipated the chaotic path my life went on this past year (2019), especially after the previous year's LOL. But as the new year moves forward, so do I.

I feel like I've been on so many different journeys over the past few years, and I've finally found some solid ground. There's been a season of storms in my soul that I never anticipated.

Have you been there?

It's easy to feel like I'm all alone, but I know I'm not.

And on that note, I'm learning to be okay with being alone. Not isolation but more so just being alone with myself and my thoughts. It can be quite enlightening and stress-free.

And even more so on an even bigger note, I've learned SO many things in the past year. Learning is life-long, but this past year has been so eye-opening.

I will be shifting this space a bit hence the title of this post. I want to share a lot of the new rhythms and practices I am developing to love myself and my people better. I hope to share what I like call my little passions, mental health, fitness, healthy eating, and the newest holistic living.

I want to share ALL the new things with you and your friends. Life doesn't have to be the way it's always been, and it's a beautiful realization.

Thanks for sticking around and walking with me.
